Horrific: Nine IDF Soldiers Killed in Battle in One Day

After much speculation of rumors coming out of Gaza, the IDF finally confirmed the tragic news of a horrific day of battle in Khan Yunis, Gaza.

The IDF announced the deaths of nine soldiers killed during fighting in the Gaza Strip yesterday, bringing the toll of slain troops since the start of the ground offensive against Hamas to 185 R”L.

Master Sgt. (res.) Amit Moshe Shahar HY”D, 25, of the Combat Engineering Corps’ Yahalom unit, from Ramat Yohanan.

Cpt. (res.) Denis Krokhmalov Veksler HY”D, 32, an officer in the Combat Engineering Corps’ Yahalom unit, from Beersheba.

Cpt. (res.) Ron Efrimi HY”D, 26, an officer in the Combat Engineering Corps’ Yahalom unit, from Hod Hasharon.

Master Sgt. (res.) Roi Avraham Maimon HY”D, 24, a paramedic in in the Combat Engineering Corps’ Yahalom unit, from Afula.
