The IDF announced the tragic passing of two more soldiers R”L.
Sergeant major (res.) Noam Ashram HY”D, 37, from Kfar Saba, a soldier in the 179th Brigade’s 5352nd patrol company. He was Niftar from injuries sustained last month in a battle in the central Gaza strip.
Nitzan Schessler HY”D, 21 , of Hadera, passed away while fighting in the Gaza Strip on Monday. Two other soldiers were evacuated from the battlefield with injuries, may they have a complete recovery.
Their deaths raise the IDF’s ground operation death toll in Gaza to 190 and 524 since October 7th R”L.

WE HAVE LOST ANOTHER SOLDIER

Shooting On Israel-Egypt Border
Several drug smugglers were attempting to cross into Israel from Egypt when the IDF opened fire on the infiltrators. Several people were injured and a female soldier was taken to the hospital, where she is expected to survive. Egyptian security officers arrested 6 suspected smugglers, although 20 were originally identified by the IDF. The Negev border crossing has been a hotbed of drug smuggling for years, with millions of shekels of drugs being constantly seized.
Rockets Fired From Gaza – Again
About 50 rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip early Tuesday morning into Southern Israel. A rocket landed on a building in Netivot, damaging a shop, but b’chasdei Hashem, no injuries were reported. This comes a few hours after the IDF stormed the Beit Lahiya area in Gaza, killing dozens of terrorists and taking control of approximately 100 rocket launchers.
