An IDF officer has been lightly wounded in a stabbing terror attack this morning after a terrorist approached him near the central bus station in Beer Sheva and stabbed him in the arm.
Another soldier present managed to extract the knife and ultimately neutralize the determined terrorist who refused to surrender and was attempting to stab their next target.
The terrorist has been identified by defense sources as 28-year-old Naji Abu Freh a resident of the nearby Bedouin city of Rahat.
The victim is a 20-year-old male, may he have a speedy recovery.
