The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of four individuals on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 10:07 PM in Woodmere.
According to Detectives, an investigation into a fatal overdose of a Nassau County resident led to the arrest of defendant’s Krystal Incigeri, 28, of 49 Bismark Avenue, Valley Stream, Jasmine Morales, 26, of 81 Grove Street, Lynbrook, Avante Lester, 27, of 2060 Dolin Drive, Virginia Beach, NY and Angela Aragona, 27, of 78 Birch Lane, Valley Stream. They were all placed under arrest without incident.
Defendant Krystal Incigeri is charged with Criminal Facilitation 4th degree and Unlawful Possession of a Marijuana 2nd degree. Defendant Jasmine Morales is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Both were released from custody and issued appearance tickets.
Defendant Avante Lester is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, two charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Defendant Angela Aragona is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th degree. Both will be arraigned on Thursday, December 31, 2020 in Mineola.
