The New York Times, who love going after the Jews & Israel, shared an article today accusing Israel of blocking Gazans trade in a “devastating” way.
The NYT’s commented: “An Israeli blockade that restricts the movement of Gazans out of the strip and limits imports — or bans them completely — has been devastating for the enclave’s fishing industry.”
Egypt and many others do the very same thing, but obviously, the Times would never report on that. Additionally, besides hurting the Gazan fisherman, Israel is really hurting the terrorists that can no longer smuggle weaponry into Israel in order to kill Jews.
When the Times reached out to the IDF for comment, the organization shared some very important facts which were well missed in the article. Of course, the Times forgot to share that information, so we felt compelled to do so instead.
“There are some important details missing in the New York Times article,” said the IDF in a statement.
“The IDF sent The New York Times this statement in response to their query about this issue. Unfortunately, our explanation did not feature in the article.”
“Attempts to smuggle weapons into the Gaza Strip by sea are a constant security challenge. Terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip ultimately use these weapons to attack Israelis. These are important details in telling the full story”.
