Maran Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky Shlita Discharged From Hospital, Expresses Gratitude For Tefillos

5TC is grateful to report that Maran Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky Shlita, the esteemed Rosh Yeshiva of Philadelphia Yeshiva, and one of the leading Gedolei Hasor, has been discharged from the hospital and is no longer receiving in-patient care.

Upon his release, the Rosh Yeshiva made his way to the Yeshiva bais medrash, where he was warmly welcomed with immense joy. He expressed his profound gratitude for the continuous Tefillos offered on his behalf and humbly requested that these Tefillos persist for his complete and swift recovery.

The yeshiva issued a statement conveying the following message:

“With tremendous praise and gratitude to the Almighty, we are pleased to inform the world that our revered rosh yeshiva, Maran Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky, shlita, was released from in-patient care earlier today. His first stop was the bais medrash, where the entire yeshiva community greeted him with overwhelming joy. The rosh yeshiva conveyed his appreciation for the ongoing prayers from everyone and requested their continuation, seeking a full and complete recovery. As the rosh yeshiva will primarily be focusing on convalescing and receiving intensive physical therapy at home, we kindly ask for respect of his privacy. May we be privileged to share further good news in the future.”
