For almost seven decades, the Yeshiva of South Shore has provided the Five Towns community with a warm, growth-oriented space for its boys.
For almost seven decades, the Hanhalah at YOSS has inspired and uplifted hundreds of Talmidim with a stellar Torah education and a high-level academic program.
For almost seven decades, 2,000+ graduates have passed through the Yeshiva’s halls and have built beautiful lives in communities around the world – many of them becoming Rabbonim, teachers, and leaders in their own right.
And now, after 70 years of growth and accomplishment under the leadership of our dynamic Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Mordechai Kamenetzky shlit”a, a new chapter begins at YOSS: The transition from the original structure built in 1963 into a brand-new, state-of-the-art building!
The building will be where the trademark YOSS education, built on the foundations of the legendary Rav Binyamin Kamenetzky zt”l, and Rabbi Chanina Herzberg, zt”l, can meet spacious and upgraded facilities and resources. It will be a space where every YOSS student can reach the endless potential they have within them. It will be a space without limits.
We’ve already raised $9M out of the $10M we need to cover the costs of the building. This Monday and Tuesday, September 12-13, the Yeshiva of South Shore will launch LIMITLESS, a full-scale campaign to raise the FINAL MILLION.
